How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $15.00, USPS Priority, added at checkout on lidobioscience.com. It is not taxed.
Is tax added?
Yes. A flat 7.5% tax applies to your order subtotal after any discount, calculated at checkout before you pay.
How do I pay?
Checkout is Zelle only today. You place the order on lidobioscience.com and send payment by Zelle; the order confirms once payment is received.
Why does checkout ask for my date of birth?
Every Lido BioScience product is sold for research use only, not for human consumption, and restricted to buyers 21 and older. The store asks for your date of birth and a short researcher attestation before you can complete an order — this is a one-time step at checkout, separate from browsing the catalog here on lidobs.com.
Do you test every batch?
Where a Certificate of Analysis is on file, it is linked on the product page, and that product’s testing is third-party for identity, purity, and potency. For products where no COA or contaminants-testing document is currently posted, we don’t claim it has been tested — email hello@lidobs.com to ask about availability or request a copy for a specific lot.
What if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn’t ship?
Email hello@lidobs.com with your order number. We handle shipping problems and order errors case by case — reach out and we’ll sort it out.
Do you offer a 12-week protocol discount?
Yes. Ordering a full 12-week protocol’s worth of vials for one of our curated stacks takes 10% off that protocol’s total automatically at checkout.
